For the avoidance of doubt, all contractual arrangements will be directly with Chapter Homes, a limited company in their own right.\r \r This Framework is to appoint a Contractor to deliver new homes on behalf of Chapter Homes. The Framework will be let as a sole supplier agreement with a number one ranked contractor, with a further contractor held in reserve. The number one placed contractor will have first discussion over any subsequent scheme. \r \r Bidding organisations must download the documents from www.nepo.org and insert reference DN 676908 within the supplier area.
