## Description

Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council \(the council\) were looking to procure an asset valuation consultancy services in connection with valuation of its property investment portfolio\. The Council has a significant commercial property investment portfolio which is valued annually\. A proportion of these assets are valued internally by the Council and a proportion of assets are valued by external consultants on a yearly basis\.
