CEP - Multi-channel Digital Tax Platform (MDTP) maintains the prototyping toolkit for HMRC teams building services on MDTP. MDTP procures the Heroku SaaS offering as a cost-effective solution to host prototypes. Heroku is a Salesforce product that is accessed on cloud platform that lets developers run apps without worrying about servers or hardware, this is requirement as all extensions have been exhausted.
