## Description

Cheshire East Council \(CEC\) intends to maximise the collection of debts through the effective use of all available recovery options, to ensure a high quality and efficient enforcement service is provided\. This Specification describes the service required and the standards expected from the Service Provider providing enforcement and collection services in respect of: • Council Tax • Non Domestic Rates • Sundry Debts - to include overpaid Housing Benefit and Commercial Rent arrears • Parking Penalty Charge Notice debts Additional information: This will be a service concession contract and the potential contract value will be in the region of £4\.8m for the 4 year period and this value will include the amount for both the primary and secondary provider - however this value is not guaranteed\.
