## Description

Leicester City Council led on the procurement for Probation Health Trainer Service on behalf of Leicester City Council and Leicestershire County Council\. They work with clients on a one-to-one basis, to assess their health and lifestyle risks and support them in their decision to make and sustain behavioural change to a healthier lifestyle\.
