Work description
An economic viability assessment of the draft Local Plan policies for the North York Moors National Park, which covers the period 2016 to 2035. The viability assessment should inform and justify policy in the forthcoming plan and also inform more detailed housing guidance which may be set out in a future housing Supplementary Planning Document.
