Work description
The Child Health information services (CHIS) have been engaged by NHS England to stand up and run an Immunisation Management Services (IMS). The request is to support a government strategy to reach all citizens over the age of 50 and children with a Winter Flu vaccine. In order to achieve the strategic goal it is recognised that a significant effort to contact and follow up from invitation letters of Citizens in these age categories to ensure the maximum level of Flu vaccination is achieved.
To support this work programme and associated service the IMS will employ around 300 contact centre agents who will be engaged to make contact and follow up contacts with Citizens. The new IMS service will require Microsoft Office 2019 Standard Perpetual Licences to access telephony and clinical systems.
