GB-East Grinstead: Air Handling Units & Critical Ventilation Maintenance

Description

Queen Victoria Hospital requires the services of an experienced Contractor to undertake the routine maintenance to the critical ventilation and Air Handling Units across the Hospital. The maintenance will be in line with HTM 03-01 and other mandatory regulations such as HSE, COSHH & fire regulations, ISO & BSI standards; HTM 03-01 Parts A & B and HTM 04-01 schedules, Health and Safety Commission's Approved Code of Practice and guidance document 'Legionnaires' disease; the control of Legionella bacteria in water systems' (L8 Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
