As part of its improvements programme for 2016/17, YHN wishes to appoint a contractor to carry out the supply and fit of Pitched Roofing, Flat Roofing, Stone Repair Works and External Decoration in up to 150 properties. Also included in the Contract is a Provisional additional requirement for the application of Thermal Insulation to external walls. NE Procurement Ltd ("NEP") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body.
