Replacement of Core Network Hardware and Ongoing Support and Maintenance

THIS IS AN AWARDED CONTRACT.

The contract is for the replacement of Southampton City Council's core network hardware. The contract encompasses the design, supply, implementation, assistance in migration of existing services, and on-going 3rd level support and maintenance services.

The further competition was conducted under the CCS RM6098 Technology Products and Associated Services 2 Framework Agreement Lot 1.

The contract term covers the design, supply, implementation, and migration of existing services in accordance with the successful supplier's project plan timeline. The 6-year support and maintenance element of the agreement will commence from the Delivery date of the equipment to the Buyers premises.
