Energy House 2.0 - Water & Chilled Water for Rain & Snow Simulation

The University of Salford is looking to appoint a principal contractor to undertake proposed mechanical and electrical works within the newly constructed Energy House 2.0 research facility at the University.

The research facility consists of two large environmental chambers which are designed to control and simulate external weather conditions so that buildings, construction materials and equipment can be tested under differing climatic conditions.

The successful contractor will be appointed to supply, install and commission the provision of new water and chilled water boosted services from third floor to ground floor level so that specialist rain and snow simulation equipment can be connected within each chamber by the end user.
