Preliminary Market Engagement Provision of Local Bus Services in North East Lincolnshire

North East Lincolnshire Council is conducting a preliminary market engagement exercise as the Council would like to better understand how the local authority can potentially deliver efficiency savings on existing services while maintain similar levels of service, any barriers which may prevent suppliers from submitting a tender submission in the future and how best to increase passenger numbers while understanding options to improve the end product for bus passengers.
