## Description

HSE are seeking to engage the services of an experienced organisation to conduct market research on the existing LoC app\. Evaluating its market potential as well as obtaining insights to make this app accessible and relevant to potential users\. The successful tenderer will be expected to deliver a robust assessment of the market potential of the LoC Insights App product, including the size of the potentially accessible market\. Sufficient information should be provided by the successful organisation to enable a business case to be generated for further investment in development of the product\.
