## Description

Derbyshire County Council currently employs around 20 Gas Safe certified heating engineers in the heating section of Mechanical and Electrical \(M&E\) Operations, who carry out work on behalf of the council's direct services organisation \(DSO\)\.\\r \\r The Council is inviting tenders for a contract for the provision of Gas Training, Technical Advice and Audit Service\.\\r \\r As part of this contract M&E Operations require three main components:\\r \\r 1\. Gas Training including the micromanagement of expiry and renewal dates as well as the subsequent communication to operatives and staff of the Council\.\\r 2\. Technical Advise Service - on site and over the telephone \(incl\. out of hours\)\.\\r 3\. Independent audits \(LPG, Natural Gas and Oil\) as required\.
