HCC Feb 2022 - The Provision of Adult and Community Learning Services - AWARD

Hertfordshire County Council (the Council or HCC) went out to tender for the establishment of a Framework Agreement with a number of Subcontractors to provide a range of adult and community learning opportunities to target groups within the population of Hertfordshire.
