Medical Equipment Management review

To support the Trusts action plan for Medical Equipment Management, covering four acute hospital sites and present a clear picture on the status of Medical Device Management across the Trust with reference to MHRA guidance, and CQC Regulations. It will identify areas of good performance, look at compliance, effectiveness and efficiencies, this will be achieved through the 5 key themes: Inventory Management, Training, Maintenance, Finance, Governance and Procurement.
