RA348202 - Ash Bay Settling Pit Repairs to Drainage

Ash Bay Settling pit - Replace existing pipework and modify We have an issue with our Ash Bay Settling pit (swimming pool), the drainage is damaged and problematic. We first need to reinvest in the existing pipework, replace/reinstate the missing piece of pipe from the pit and ensure we have an automated hydraulic clearing system installed, with two stab-ins within the pit pipework. Having secondary mechanical rodding points would also bear fruit for the future effectiveness of these changes.
