The Department of Health requires a supplier to to design, deliver and manage an evaluation of the new VCSE Health and Wellbeing Programme, during the financial years 2017/18 and 2018/19 This is the evaluation of the new Health and Wellbeing Programme, which is in the first year of operation following the recommendations of the VCSE Investment Review. The evaluation encompasses both elements of the programme - the Health and Wellbeing Alliance and the Health and Wellbeing Fund. This contract award was not published at the time of award. It has been published for transparency purposes to provide a record of existing departmental contracts.
