PCH are seeking bids from suitably qualified and highly experienced contractors for "the reduction in height of the existing 'SE ducts' to each of three residential towers (Lynher House, Tamar House, Tavy House); together with associated temporary work and associated remedial work, and all other necessary works ("the Works")".
