Active Fire Safety Equipment Maintenance and Repair Services

Falmouth Exeter Plus (FXPlus) is looking to appoint a supply partner on a 36-month fixed term contract to carry out a range of active fire safety equipment maintenance and repair services. The assets included within this specification encompass a range of: • Fire alarm systems and associated equipment, • Emergency Lights, • Fire Suppression Systems • Firefighting equipment inc. extinguishers and blankets, • Dry Risers, • Fire Hydrants, • EVC Refuge Systems, • Voice Alarm Systems.

The works will include: • Planned preventative maintenance in accordance with SFG 20 standards • Repairs, • Call-outs, • Fault diagnosis • Minor New Works. Full details on how to apply can be found in the included 'What to do next' document.
