## Description

PeoplePlus will deliver a platform for the supply of in-cell information and learning channels, Wayout TV, which will include professional, prisoner centric content and is customised to Prison requirements\. Authorised members of prison staff will be able to publish onscreen messages through a new-type service, providing up to the minute communication to prisoners, direct to their cells\.
