The works comprise external redecoration to buildings on the North side of IWM Duxford site along with repairs/replacements to masonry, external joinery, metal windows gutters, down-pipes, etc,\. Buildings subject to works are located on the North site at IWM Duxford and comprise the following: Buildings 2, 7, 9, 11, 15, 40, 46, 130, 213, 214, 215 and 285\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
