The work that is to be completed under this contract are as follows: Contribute to development of Directorate and Ofgem strategic programmes and partners with senior leadership to prioritise work and resources to deliver effectively across Ofgem's organisation. Strategic workforce planning - working with the Director of ESMS to identify the resource and skill requirements for deployments within the function to meet the organisation's strategic priorities. Collaborate with regulatory directorates to identify delivery dependencies and em-bed processes.
