Deadline for Quotation Responses - 12 noon on 22nd March 2019 4. Quotation Evaluation - 23rd March 2019 5. Award decision - 25th March 2019 6. Proposed Contract Start Date - 1st April 2019 7. Completion of Works - 25th June 2019
