## Description

VOA is seeking to appoint a supplier to work alongside our strategy, transformation, and operational leaders to show what our 5-year strategy looks like when translated into an operating model\. This should: Set out the Agency's high level future state design \(with a ~5-year timescale, creating a single view which aligns our customer offer with our internal processes, systems, data requirements and people \(organisation and skills\), and locations\. Linked to this, provide a more detailed interim operating model \(setting out the design of the Agency for 18 months' time\)\. This call off is awarded under lot 2: Strategy & Policy of RM6187 MCF3 Framework\.
