## Description

Contract for the refurbishment and extension of Mount Tamar Hostel\. The successful bidder will undertake extensive refurbishment to the Hostel Block, both Ground and First Floor\. To the first Floor on the south elevation a new extension to be constructed in Timber Frame\. The existing Garage block to be converted to additional accommodation\.
