Work description
UKRI have procured 2 pieces of work to be undertaken by KPMG. Part 1: To review, recommend and deliver improvements to address the financial control issues within the Project Participant (grants and loans) Invoicing process. Part 2: review, recommend and deliver improvements regarding finance optimisation. This was procured via the CCS G-Cloud 11 framework.
