## Description

The FCO requires a PR and partnership marketing agency to: - design, develop and implement a government communications strategy and necessary content to reach target audiences with our key messages using regional, national and specialist broadcast, print and digital channels, non-traditional media and any other appropriate channels; - create, develop and manage beneficial relationships, in support of the campaign's objectives, with relevant and appropriate commercial, non-commercial and third sector organisations; and - evaluate the effectiveness of all activity and share openly what is working and what is not\.
