Work description
Renewal of the department's Newspaper Licensing Authority (NLA) contract, which allows staff to view newspaper clippings provided through our media monitoring service. This in turn provides ministers and senior staff with an overview of the media reaction to Defra policy decisions and to assess reputational risks.
