## Description

The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames \(the \\"Council\\"\) invites proposals for undertaking a Training programme for Adult Social Care staff to enable the service to develop a strength and asset based approach in line with the Kingston Coordinated Care programme\. There is a need to build on initial strength/asset based workshops with Adult Social Care staff to support staff to embed skills and knowledge within their every-day practice\. The focus will be prevention, proactive care with strength based models of working focused on promoting and supporting independence, self-management and personalised choice\. Proposals must be received by the Council through the Pro Contract e-tendering system by no later than midday on the 5 May 2017 \. Proposals may not be submitted by any other means
