This includes quarterly servicing, waste disposal, and emergency response\. Estimated annual value: £90K with an RPI-linked uplift of up to 5%\. Lot 2: Responsive out-of-hours service for external drainage issues, including blocked drains, CCTV surveys, and repairs across Eastlight's properties\. Estimated annual value: £300K with an RPI-linked uplift of up to 5%\. Key requirements include a 24/7 call-out service, compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, and detailed reporting\.
