## Description

One in number \(1 No\.\) MHS LTHW gas fired boiler has failed at Arrowe Park Hospital \(Wirral University Teaching Hospital\) CAL 1 and is to be replaced\. The project comprises of survey and removal of the existing failed equipment, installation & commissioning of new fully operational boiler installation with FULL installation drawings provided by the successful Contractor together with schematics and controls methodology\. All electrical works associated with the replacement boiler shall be included as will any new control interfaces required to the existing Trend LAN\.
