To provide compliant Servicing, Maintenance and Repair of Fire Appliances and Special Vehicles to the required standards, including those of the Vehicle and Operator Services Agency (VOSA) and the National Fire Chiefs' Council (NFCC) guidelines in the document Fleet Management Best Practice Manual and to ensure that the most appropriate arrangements are achieved in terms of operational compliance, fleet availability, value for money, delivery and quality
