## Description

Westward Housing Group \(WHG\) wish to establish a ranked framework of scaffolding contractors\. Framework contractors will be required to provide advice, quotations and scaffolding erection and removal to WHG properties as and when required on a call-off basis, either by direct award, or via mini-competition\. The individual call-offs will be supplemental to and governed by the Framework Agreement\. The Framework is divided into five Lots by geographical area: Lot 1 West Cornwall to Bodmin \(all TR postcodes\) Lot 2 Mid & East Cornwall and Plymouth \(all PL postcodes\) Lot 3 South Devon \(all TQ postcodes\) Lot 4 East Devon and Taunton \(EX1-17, EX24, & TA20-21\) Lot 5 North Devon \(EX18-23 & EX31-39\) You may bid for any number of lots\. It is the intention of WHG to appoint no more than five contractors to each Lot\.
