038.1 HUG2 Retrofit Planning Support

Description

Cornwall Council secured funding from the Government (under the Home Upgrade Grant Phase 2) to work with OVO (s) Energy Solutions Limited Grant Funding Agreement to improve the energy efficiency and heating systems of off-gas grid homes within Cornwall. Cornwall Council (Wellbeing and Public Health team) acting as the Client require the support from a third-party consultant to advise whether planning permission will be required for the proposed installations and submit planning applications to Cornwall Council Planning Department (acting as the Local Planning Authority), if required.
