BIS Research & Evaluation Framework - Lot 5

This project will contribute to BEIS' framework for appraisal and evaluation that is currently being developed and to any future modifications of it. To develop a robust and useful framework for appraisal and evaluation it is important to learn from international case studies, both in terms of what works well and potential limitations. BEIS would like to commission a review of this evidence.
