Work description
The London Borough of Havering (the Council) is commissioning a Care & Well-Being Support Service in the borough's three Extra Care Schemes for a three year contract (+1 year +1 year extension options) with a commencement date of 1st December 2023. The Council is seeking to commission one provider to deliver this service across the three Extra Care schemes in Havering to deliver efficiencies.
