## Description

Provision of town centre activity metrics data through a system to provide town centre activity information for reporting for the Shared Prosperity Fund \(SPF\), which will also fund its use\. The reporting requirements of the Shared Prosperity Fund require the submission of similar comparative statistical data regarding the activity in town centres and Officers consider that the HUQ system provides the best value currently available within the Shared Prosperity Budget to fulfil the requirement\.
