## Description

NOTE: This contract has been reserved, under PPN 11/20 Reserving Below Threshold Contracts, for Essex based contractors ONLY\. The Council is seeking a contractor to build a two storey extension to an existing HMO \(House in Multiple Occupation\)\. The property is currently used as temporary accommodation for homeless households\. The extension will provide an additional 6 bedrooms and ancillary washrooms\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\. Please note that this opportunity has been reserved for Essex based contractors only under PPN 11/20 Reserving Below Threshold Contracts\.
