GB-Chelmsford: CCC - Extension to 2a Rainsford Lane, Chelmsford

The Council is seeking a contractor to build a two storey extension to an existing HMO (House in Multiple Occupation). The property is currently used as temporary accommodation for homeless households. The extension will provide an additional 6 bedrooms and ancillary washrooms.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
