## Description

DWP has awarded a contract for the provision for lease and operation of a fully operational Jobs and Careers Service Exhibition Trailer to support customer-facing activity in community locations across the North East of England\. The requirement includes the provision, mobilisation and delivery of the exhibition trailer, branding, set-up, planned relocations, cleaning, maintenance, operational support, accessibility arrangements, power provision, security, health and safety assurance, emergency support, demobilisation and final collection\. The exhibition trailer will support a mobile outreach pilot designed to bring DWP services directly into local communities and test a flexible approach to delivering Jobs and Careers Service support outside traditional Jobcentre settings\. The initial service period is six months, with an option to extend the service for up to three additional months\.
