## Description

Rossendale Borough Council has secured funding from the Department for Transport's Restoring Your Railway \(RYR\) Ideas Fund and is seeking a consultant to produce a Strategic Outline Business Case \(SOBC\) to assess transport options to enhance connectivity of the area and support the Rossendale Borough Council regeneration process\. This is to be done by carrying out an options appraisal of various transport modes and identify highest benefit cost ratio options with evidence presented to support the business case to take the scheme forward\.
