## Description

Proposal for three month consultancy from NHS North England Commissioning Service \(NECS\) to evaluate current Clinical Governance processes in the DWP and facilitate the co-design of a new Clinical Governance approach, which can be applied consistently across FAS contracts and the Health Transformation Programme \(HTP\)\.
