## Description

Arts Council England Funded Project with a budget of £340,000 to undertake improvements to the buildings heating and cooling\. William Morris Gallery Mechanical and Electrical Works\. WMG is the only accredited museum dedicated to Morris \(10,000\+ objects\),owned and operated by London Borough of Waltham Forest, set in a 1740's Grade II\* Georgian house, Lloyd Park, Walthamstow\. We are seeking an M&E contractor to deliver heating and cooling improvements which are sympathetic to protecting the fabric and longevity of the heritage building & collection\. Tender period will be between 18/12\.2024 \(12:00PM\) to 15/01/2025 \(17:00PM\)\. Site visits are available upon appointment\.
