The ESFA is looking to procure a number of organisations to undertake the role of Grant Co-ordinating Bodies(GCB) to deliver a community grants programmes. The Community Grants programme provides for small grants of up to 20,000 GBP to small organisations in the voluntary and community sector to provide support to unemployed and inactive individuals to engage them and move them towards employment through packages of training and support. The GCB will be required to market and promote the grants programme, manage calls for proposals from 3rd sector organisations, assess applications, make grant awards and monitor and manage the grants that have been awarded. Reservations to attend the Market Engagement Webinar should be made by emailing your interest to our dedicated mailbox: ESF.PROCUREMENT@education.gov.uk . The webinar will be delivered through the SKYPE platform with an Audio and Visual presentation, followed by a question and answers session on Monday 19th August 2019 at 11AM. Once you have emailed your interest, we will reply to your email with joining instructions for you to attend the Webinar. Additional information: The provision will be offered through four separate Lots of activity at Investment Priority (IP) and LEP level. We intend to enter in to four Lots with single Contracts for; North East (More Developed), The Marches (More Developed), Greater Lincolnshire, The Marches (Transitional), a single Contract for each of the Lots with the Applicants who submit the most economically advantageous tenders for each Lot. The precise value and scope of the Lots is still to be agreed with individual Local Enterprise Partnerships and their ESIF Committees and therefore the estimated value is based upon expressions of interest from LEPs and could be subject to change.
