Work description
The provision of ICT Managed Services and a fully managed and maintained Resilient Hosted Hybrid Solution which includes Disaster Recovery. This will include replacing current local infrastructure and migration services to a fully managed and maintained hosted environment, providing resilience which guarantees business continuity by providing disaster recovery replication service via a public cloud, resourcing and managing a 24/7/365 ICT Service Provision which includes a minimum provision of dedicated onsite personnel, a service desk, end user, application and server support, hardware maintenance, service level management, proactive maintenance and security management. Tenders are invited with values of below £260,000 per annum.
