Leeds City Region Energy Delivery Plan

The West Yorkshire Combined Authority (WYCA) is currently developing an Energy Strategy and Delivery Plan for the Leeds City Region (LCR) in partnership with the department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy.

The purpose of the work is to understand how the LCR could achieve its ambition to become a resilient, zero carbon energy economy by 2036. This commission relates to work package 4 of the project and is concerned with bringing the outputs of the previous work packages together into one coherent Energy Delivery Plan for the LCR.
