## Description

BEIS Communications require a digital tool to inform our understanding of stakeholder and public views on the Department and its policies, allowing us to analyse relevant online content and conversations across social media to provide insight to inform communications strategy\. The tool must be user friendly and be easily used by all Comms Directorate staff and policy teams\. It should have customisable and shareable dashboards\.
