RER MVP Development - Priority Scope

Description

The Renewable Electricity Register (RER) Project is in the Private Beta phase and will go live on 1 February 2025 when Public Beta is launched. The features required for an MVP service have been agreed within Delivery & Schemes and at the Oversight Committee, and there are several outstanding features yet to be developed which are required in order launch the MVP service. Support is required from a supplier to lead with the development of the following features: * Amending a station with applicant (WA) * Agent process * Change of superuser (internal) * Cancelling accreditations * Suspending external users * Certificate transfer * Data migration queries * Renewable obligation certificate (ROC) refactoring * Bug Fixes and Resolution * Missing fields for internal reporting
