Foreign Exchange Advisory Services to HS2 Ltd

Financial consultancy in respect of Foreign Exchange Advisory Services:

Analysis and advice in respect of the foreign exchange ("FX") information in the Phase One rolling stock tender assessment; Advice on HS2 supply chain foreign currency exposures and potential risks; Advice on foreign exchange (FX) markets and outlook; Assessment of the value for money of potential arrangements for taking FX exposures in-house on individual HS2 Ltd procurements and existing contracts; Advice on developing and implementing HS2 Ltd's FX policy and procedures, including advice on setting up any required treasury functions and governance procedures within HS2 Ltd; Market to market valuations, accounting and tax advice regarding the treatment of FX positions; and Provision of related financial modelling support and assurance activities in respect of any of the above.
